My Journey

Hi, mamas! I’m Jacqie. I can’t wait to meet you on this special journey. Motherhood was everything I ever wanted, but man, has this been a wild ride. From the get go my children have kept me on my toes – morning sickness, heartburn to my knees, terrible latch, sleepless nights, and two under two. When my time came to bring them into this world, I didn’t just birth two boys. My path to becoming a mother also gave birth to who I am as a woman – strong yet soft, thoughtful yet carefree, a little bit country and a little bit rock ‘n’ roll. These boys continue to shape me as a human and woman, and I learn from them every single day.

What’s a Doula? A birth coach, an advocate, a hand holder, the strength you need when yours is all gone, another set of hands, and a sister during your most vulnerable of times. That’s me. There is a fierce, burning passion within me to show women what they are capable of.

I’ve wanted to become a doula for a decade. Pregnancy wasn’t my jam, but I love BIRTH! If I could give birth for a living I would. My birth stories are still my two favorite days. I believe strongly in listening to your intuition, so I waited for the right phase of life when I could dedicate myself to serving women and babies. I completed Birth Warrior (Doula) training with Indie Birth and have years of experience attending births in support of women. My passion drives me in this realm to help you manifest your perfect experience into the magical realm of motherhood.
